Linhartovy

Zondagmiddag even bij kasteel Linhartovy naar een Geocache zoeken. Was heel makkelijk te vinden, maar het was heerlijk weer en een mooie wandeling door de kasteeltuin.

Sunday afternoon we have visited castle Linhartovy, also looking for a geocache. It was a easy find, but the weather was great and we had a great walk through the park.

Uit eten gaan/ Going out for a meal

Uit eten gaan is altijd een feest en het feest wordt groter als er ook nog familie bij aanwezig is. Heerlijk pizza eten (niet echt Tsjechisch, maar wel lekker).

Going out for a meal is great fun and especially when there is family coming with us as well. Pizza is delicious (not really czech, though).

Twee tantes/ Two aunties

Matous en Tomas hebben hier in Tsjechie twee tantes geadopteerd. Dit zijn tante Janneke en tante Frieda, collega's die in Ostrava werken.

Matous and Tomas have adopted two aunties here in the Czech republic. The aunties are auntie Janneke and auntie Frieda, colleagues who are working in Ostrava.

Officierencongres/ Officers Councils

We zijn naar het officierencongres geweest en omdat de jongens vakantie hadden, mochten ze mee en ze hebben zich daar prima vermaakt. Ze hebben geluierd, gespeeld en heerlijk gegeten.

We have been at the officers council, they boys had holiday, so they were allowed to come with us. They have enjoyed themselves with being lazy, played and had good food.

Bezoek uit Nederland/ Visitors from Holland

Uit Nederland is bezoek gekomen. Christa haar broer met gezin zijn even een weekje naar Tsjechie gekomen en dit was natuurlijk gezellig, maar ook heel leuk voor de jongens om met Koen en Marleen te spelen.

We have had visitors from Holland. Christa's brother came with his family, which was great, easpecially for the boys, who could play with their cousins.

Bezoek van Kuba/ Kuba's visit

Voor een nachtje hebben we een loge, Kuba. Zijn ouders zijn met Christa naar Praag en Kuba kwam bij ons slapen en spelen.

Just for one night we had a visitor, Kuba, who slept at our home and played here, when his parents were (with Christa) in Prague.

Niet alleen Matous heeft pianolessen, maar ook Christa is druk aan het studeren.

It is not just Matous who is having pianolessons, but Christa has lessons as well.

Monster

Tom heeft een nieuw masker, wat er niet erg vriendelijk uitziet, maar wel leuk is.

Tom has a new mask, that does not look friendly, but it is fun.

Mat met waterpokken/ Mat with chickenpox

Na Tomas heeft ook Matous de waterpokken. Hij heeft een ander patroon dan Tomas had, maar heeft veel meer jeuk gehad, waar hij soms een beetje gek van werd.

First Tomas and now Matous has the chickenpox. He has another pattern of pox than Tomas, but it was itching much more and it was driving him mad.

Tom bij logopedie/ Tom at logopedie

Tom heeft nu ook in Krnov regelematig logopedie, om zijn tsjechische uitspraak te verbeteren. De logopedist heeft een speciaal apparaatje als hulpmiddel.

Tom has some logopedie here in Krnov. This is to improve his czech pornunciation. The therapist has a special tool to help with the exercises.
